COOKING AT RADISSON BLU

Recently I was invited to the Radisson Blu to try out some new dishes. I and my fellow bloggers were pretty spoilt for choice and got to sample some great food. We also got to take part in cooking some of these dishes, and needless to say, it was pretty intimidating, especially when every surface was essentially flames. Anyway, enough of my chatter.
