SPLOTT MARKET

Every Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, Splott market opens its' doors and becomes a thriving market, full of rare computer game collectors, foodies, people stocking up on their weekly fruit and veg and people who just want to buy a BB gun. It really does have everything you could want under one huge roof, and then some more. The market offers so much variety, you really are spoilt for choice. If you fancy just looking at the car boot sales, there is plenty of that outside the market.

If you head down there on a Sunday, you could spend hours walking around, soaking up the atmosphere and spending lots of money. Sunday really is the best day to visit, you will be wondering which vendor to buy from, and there are so many giving out free samples. There are plenty of homemade pies and cakes on offer, you could eat just about everything you see.

The market has been there since forever and seems to have stayed the same over the years, yet it still entices you back. I remember being a BB gun purchaser when I was younger, and amazed at the size of the place. It does feel as if the whole vibe of Splott is contained inside one huge market.
